Throughout the year you will find a number of exciting food events, tours and programs featuring a wide variety of cultures and traditions unique to Oakland.  Each month we will be adding more information on culinary tours, special menus and acknowledgements, so we invite you to visit again.

Temescal Street Fair
The Temescal Street Fair will feature live music, crafts, martial arts demonstrations and food samplings from local restaurants, including an Italian beer and wine garden, a tribute to days gone by when the district once flourished with beer gardens and canteens. Activities are happening on Telegraph Avenue, between 48th and 51st streets.

The 2nd Annual Laurel World Music Festival
Celebrate the rich diverse culture that Oakland has to offer at the 2nd Annual Laurel World Music Festival. The festival will feature two stages featuring live music and performances highlighting some of the greatest Bay Area talents, gourmet food booths, a street fair with over 100 vendors and Kid's World featuring games and activities for children of all ages.
